Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) or preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) was a "good" name in last 30 years for using embryonic testing to prevent future babies from aneuploidy or other many kinds of genetic diseases. It was claimed that PGT-A might be helpful to increase pregnancy rate also. However, a good name did not come out as a good result in PGT-A practice in the field of reproductive medicine. The fact of PGT-A showed PRT-A is a pseudoscience. Facts showed: aneuploid cell(s) in human embryos are normal in Human Embryology. Aneuploid cells contain a lot of beneficial functions in human embryonic implantation and further differentiation into different organs and tissues. It is a benign result from evolution and natural selection since human beings existing at the earth for about 5 million years. PGT-A is performed by embryo biopsy and laser radiation techniques. Both techniques will produce new artificial cytoplasmic hereditary diseases (shorted as Cytohetic diseases). Cytohetic diseases are not genetic diseases due to genomic genes are intact. Hereditics is a new science to explain that both DNA (genes) and cytoplasm are hereditary materials. Any damage or deformation of cytoplasm in oocytes and human embryonic cells will lead to the damaged cytoplasm developing into abnormal nerve fiber content and many organs and tissues with abnormal functions in future. Thus, both genetic diseases and cytohetic diseases are hereditary diseases. PGT-A will never prevent aneuploid or mosaic human babies due to our human cells containing natural heredity control system to prevent aneuploid and mosaic babies. The key issue is: PGT-A will produce cytohetic diseases with embryo biopsy syndrome (EB syndrome) and laser syndrome which can not be cured but will be hereditary.

According to the above basic points, US Congress issued "Personhood Concern" to American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) on March 15th, 2019 related to the issue of PGT-AIt presented four legitimate concerns:

First, concern about the concepts of aneuploid embryo and mosaicism embryo.

Second, concern about accuracy and applicability of PGS diagnosis.

Third, concern about discarded embryos, which is related to ethical questions and humanity.

Fourth, concern about safety of PGS.

The first two concern was elucidated in detail with Cytohetics.

The last two concern was elucidated in detail with Epicytohetics.

The consequence of PGT-A in US is very severe and long-lasting side-effect. Not mention how to treat those stored biopsied "mosaic" embryos, what should be worried more is those people and children born and suffered from EB syndrome and laser syndrome after embryo biopsy. The syndrome are not recognized before by scientists and patients' families due to Genetics not suitable to be used in explanation. Hereditics provides clear explanation, helps to stop PGT-A and to diagnose the EB syndrome and laser syndrome with embryo biopsy history. But it is not possible to cure the new artificial hereditary diseases.
